MDP Enterprise does not sell, market, publish, or make available any of your customer data to anyone. No Exceptions. You never have to worry about your data being used by anyone else other than you.
Your customers can rest easy knowing they wont be contacted by marketers, and their data is safely stored.
With a small staff your data is only seen by a few employees at MDP so you can be sure it is in good hands.
How do you make sure my data is only accessed by the people who need it?
If your using an online system, we require a username and password to access the database to pull reports.
If your using an offline system, we maintain a list of who can access that data (designated by you) and we require a personal identifier password to request reports.
If you need to add another authorized user, simply call us or email us the new user and password. We will follow up every email with a phone call to you personally to verify you have approved the new user before they are given access to your data.
Reports will only be sent back to the email or fax numbers you designate.
How do you price your services.
We price our service based on the number of customers you need us to collect data from and what type of work will be involved in collecting the data.
Other things taken into consideration when pricing is how often the data needs to be updated and maintained, how difficult the data will be to collect, what type of presentation you need back on the data, and what type of time will be required.
The database design is almost always included in the fee's unless it is a complicated design with lots of data elements required.
